“Gulf view WOW!”

Staying at this unit, was a very calming experience. Looking out over the Gulf from the deck is one outstanding view. Fantastic Sunset Views. Marsha and her Brother have only owned these Condos for a short time. They are working on making them nice, but everything works. My unit was number 8. It is about 150 feet from the Gulf, It is a simple one bedroom and bath. Everything in the unit works well, While it does need a little updating it was very comfortable and always felt safe staying there. I was there Feb and March 2019. I have renewed for next year and cant wait to go back. If you looking for a peaceful stay and great views of the Gulf, book it now.

“Great location on the Gulf!”

The view from the deck of this unit is everything you'd want from a Manasota Beach location. We saw dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers, beautiful sunsets, and the lights of shrimp boats on the horizon at night. The unit is billed as a 2-bedroom, 2 bath. It's clean and the furniture is new. Coming from high altitude in Colorado, (7800 ft) we slept very well beside the Gulf. The kitchen is small, but we had enough dishes and utensils to make simple meals. It was comfortable for two. One bathroom is truly a curiosity, and we didn't try to use it. The second bedroom would work well for a child. The owners/staff are very friendly and responsive. This property is probably best characterized as "old Florida Charm." It's undergoing renovation, and, although we weren't bothered by noise or construction, we found ourselves looking beyond a few rough patches to what it's shaping up to be. It has great potential due to its location. We enjoyed our stay.
